Spice up Summer With New Street Food Vendors At Trinity Kitchen
Dim Sum Su, HECK! and Chez Joel have arrived at Trinity Leeds, alongside returning vendors Wanderer Junk Food, Chaat Cart and Thai Khrim.
Trinity Kitchen’s latest arrivals have taken residency for seven weeks (from July 17th) ready to get the summer sizzling for Leeds shoppers.
New to Trinity Kitchen, Chez Joel is bringing the finest French cuisine to Leeds. Made with the highest quality ingredients, its beef bourguignon, French-style burgers and signature marinated roast chicken offers something a little more luxurious for lunch.
Offering Chinese street food the way it is done in Hong Kong, Dim Sum Su specialises in the finest steamed buns, handmade dumplings, crispy wontons and pork bello bao. Bitesize and incredibly moreish, this award-winning vendor is the place to go for all your dim sum needs.
Yorkshire-based, family-run business HECK! is serving lip-smacking Heck Dogs, veggie power bowls, and its signature ‘Chicken Meatzza’ loaded with delicious pizza toppings, HECK! has become a supermarket favourite with something for everyone.
For all the vegans, Wanderer Junk Food returns for another stint. Featuring cauffalo wings, ‘Chilli Chease Dogs’ and burgers, their menu is dirty food with a clean conscience.
Chaat Cart is a family business serving authentic dishes created by memories of their travels and family traditions. The street food vendor is showcasing home-style south Indian cooking drawing on India’s hunting and fishing traditions. Their chaat is inspired by the chaat wallahs which usually sell the savoury snacks from roadside food trucks in India.
Thai Khrim is also staying on at Trinity Kitchen, providing fresh Thai ice-cream served with a mountain of toppings, all handcrafted before your eyes – the perfect way to stay sweet this summer.
Dan Wharton, Marketing Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “We always aim to bring something new for shoppers to sample at Trinity Kitchen and this summer, we have one HECK of a line up. Featuring a range of cuisines from all over the world, we are thrilled to welcome brand new vendors to our unique venue, as well as the return of some old favourites. We hope our latest offering will be a big hit with hungry shoppers.”
With a concept that is completely unique to Trinity Leeds, Trinity Kitchen rotates several new food retailers every few weeks, offering visitors a vibrant mix of restaurants, bars and street food vans.
The new arrivals will be at Trinity Kitchen until 9th September, trading alongside permanent outlets Chicago Rib Shack, Chip + Fish, Duck ’n Roll, Pho, Rola Wala, Tortilla and Absurd Bird.
