Lotherton Hall invites you to a special ‘Fairytale Fun Week’ from Saturday 23 May to Sunday 31 May. The programme includes a ‘Fairytale Picnic’ on Thursday 28 May, where visitors can enjoy traditional games and music in the gardens.
Temple Newsam House: Time Travelling Dress Up
Step back in time at Temple Newsam House with the ‘Time Travelling Dress Up’ event. Choose from a range of replica costumes, frame yourself in a replica portrait, draw a masterpiece, and upload your photos to Temple Newsam’s dedicated Facebook page.
Kirkstall Abbey: Owl Trail & Abbey House Museum
From Monday 25 to Friday 29 May, explore the 12th-century Cistercian ruins of Kirkstall Abbey on an ‘Owl Trail’ and see if you can discover the hidden owls. Across the road, Abbey House Museum offers themed activities on magic, potions, and detective stories.
