Ladies Who Lunch

You may have noticed in our current Social Media channels, that there is a new found voice championing women.

I won’t go into the many hashtags flying around as there are too many to mention, but you can’t look at Instagram, Twitter or Facebook, to name a few, without seeing women supporting women. This is exactly how it should be, build up not put down.

This leads me to the monthly event I was invited to at the beginning of May. Hosted at the gorgeous Dakota Deluxe, Ladies who Lunch meet every first Wednesday in the month to network, discuss amazing ideas and of course enjoy a very impressive lunch.

Welcomed by Debbie Dobson, Director of Sales, with a very tasty glass of fizz, I soon settled in with the group of friendly ladies, ready for an afternoon of delightful chat.

After a short time sat in the intimate bar area we were shown downstairs to where we would eat and also listen to this months guest speaker.

Two superb courses later, we were served with tea and coffee along with some sugar rush delights to settle in and hear Dr Hanson from The Private Clinic of Harley Street, based in Leeds.

Situated on Park Square North, Dr Hanson is a very passionate, skilful doctor, specialising in non-surgical treatments. Offering Dermal fillers, Anti-wrinkle injections and many other aesthetic treatments. Listening to him speak was mesmerising and seeing some of the outcomes using the treatments were even better. Long lasting beautiful and youthful results were prominent in his clients.

Each month sees a different speaker, I was lucky enough to be there when Dr Hanson was the guest.

If you’re a woman in business and want to meet other like minded ladies and also enjoy a delicious lunch, taking in new ideas and discussions, this is the perfect event for you. I will certainly be attending again and I’m looking forward to the next guest speaker.
